Con la subida de la libra, se abren oportunidades para los inversores inmobiliarios brit\u00e1nicos. La libra ha ganado 2,3 puntos porcentuales frente al d\u00f3lar este a\u00f1o, por delante de todas las dem\u00e1s grandes econom\u00edas del grupo financiero G10. Y con nuevas subidas de los tipos de inter\u00e9s en el horizonte, se espera que la divisa brit\u00e1nica siga ganando velocidad.<\/p>\n

Se espera que el Banco de Inglaterra aumente los tipos de inter\u00e9s en 0,25 puntos porcentuales el jueves, situando el tipo en el 4,5pc.<\/a> Es m\u00e1s que probable que en junio se produzca una subida similar. Con ello, se prev\u00e9 que la inflaci\u00f3n de los precios al consumo se desacelere bruscamente en los pr\u00f3ximos meses, desafiando las sombr\u00edas predicciones lanzadas anteriormente por los expertos econ\u00f3micos.<\/p>\n

En el \u00faltimo mes, el Banco de Inglaterra ha mejorado sus perspectivas econ\u00f3micas, mientras que la Oficina de Responsabilidad Presupuestaria afirma que el Reino Unido escapar\u00e1 a la recesi\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de todo.<\/p>\n

La fortaleza del mercado inmobiliario brit\u00e1nico tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 repercutiendo positivamente en la libra. El crecimiento de los precios de la vivienda se est\u00e1 desacelerando, pero el mercado parece estar haciendo un aterrizaje relativamente suave, y una correcci\u00f3n dr\u00e1stica de los precios parece menos probable que antes.<\/p>\n

Mejor a\u00fan, los tipos hipotecarios por fin se est\u00e1n estabilizando y se ha producido un aumento de las aprobaciones en todo el Reino Unido. El n\u00famero de propiedades en venta tambi\u00e9n aumenta lentamente a medida que los vendedores se adaptan a las condiciones del mercado.<\/p>\n

Gracias al fortalecimiento de la econom\u00eda y a los indicios de recuperaci\u00f3n del mercado inmobiliario, la libra esterlina cotiza actualmente a 1,26 d\u00f3lares<\/a>, con una apreciaci\u00f3n del 3% frente al d\u00f3lar s\u00f3lo en el \u00faltimo mes. Mientras tanto, el euro tiene un valor de s\u00f3lo 87 peniques. Con ello, la libra se acerca a m\u00e1ximos de un a\u00f1o frente al d\u00f3lar y de cinco meses frente al euro.<\/p>\n

La libra ha ganado 2,3 puntos porcentuales frente al d\u00f3lar este a\u00f1o, por delante de todas las dem\u00e1s grandes econom\u00edas del grupo financiero G10. Citi predice que la libra podr\u00eda subir a 1,30 d\u00f3lares a principios de 2024.<\/p>\n
